Description of Program and Relief
Optum® Emotional Support Help Line for State Employees
The toll-free emotional support help line is available to all public employees who are eligible for health insurance through the Group Insurance Commission (GIC), and their dependents. The line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This line is available at no cost and the employee does not need to be enrolled in a GIC health insurance plan to use it. All calls are confidential in accordance with applicable law.

Available to public employees who are eligible for a GIC-health insurance plan, and their dependents.
