Description of Program and Relief

Moratorium on Termination of Residential Services by Utilities and Providers or Accrual of Fees for Late Payments

In light of the State of Emergency and health crisis posed by COVID-19, the governor ordered that residential services such as utilities may not terminate service to dwellings or residents, nor may they charge fees for late payments during the State of Emergency.
