Description of Program and Relief
Waiver of Copay for COVID-19 Testing and Related Services for Medicaid Members and Waiver of all Copays for 1915(c) Medicaid Members and Medicaid Members Who Receive Services within a Long-Term Care Facility
Copays for visits for COVID-19 testing and testing-related services for all Medicaid members are waived. In addition, all copays for 1915(c) Medicaid Members and Medicaid Members who receive services within a long-term care facility are waived.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Must be a Medicaid member, for the waiver of COVID-19 related testing, or must be a 1915(c) Medicaid Member or Medicaid Member within a long-term care facility for the waiver of all copayments.
