Description of Program and Relief
Waiver of all COVID-Related Copays, Deductibles, Cost-Sharing and Diagnostic Testing Fees for Private Insurance and State Employees
All Kentucky insurers must waive all cost-sharing including copayments, coinsurance and deductibles for screening, testing and treatment for COVID-19.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Must be enrolled in a private health insurance in Kentucky or be a participant of the Kentucky state employee health plan.
