Description of Program and Relief
Suspension of Utility Shutoffs
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Riverside declared a “local emergency” on March 13, 2020. The declaration suspends all utility shut-offs until at least the end of April, and late payments will be accepted without penalty.
