Rent Relief Grant Program

Currently available until funds run out.
Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
Applicants must also provide:

A valid photo ID;

A current lease agreement or document of rent paid;

Proof of income and income loss (such as a paycheck stub showing loss of income, an application to the Unemployment Department, two bank statements showing a loss of income, or a letter stating that the tenant has been laid off);

Proof that the tenant is behind on payments or unable to pay rent; and
-
A W-9 form from the tenant’s landlord, which either the tenant or the landlord can submit directly.
Applicants who have previously received assistance from other programs for April and May rent are ineligible for this program.
