Description of Program and Relief

Free Professional Financial Counseling for City of Sacramento Residents

The City of Sacramento is partnering with the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund to provide free professional financial coaching and counseling to residents. The counselors will assist individuals and families with low or moderate incomes to manage finances, pay down debt, increase savings, establish and build credit, as well as access safe and affordable mainstream banking products. During the COVID-19 pandemic, appointments will occur on the phone or over video chat.
