Description of Program and Relief
Free COVID-19 Testing
The City of Berkeley has expanded its COVID-19 testing program to provide free testing at its West Berkeley testing site to anyone in Berkeley showing COVID-19 symptoms.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
To be eligible for testing, individuals must live or work in Berkeley and have at least one of the following COVID-19 symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, and loss of sense of smell.
Individuals must contact the City of Berkeley’s triage line at (510) 981-5380 to set up an appointment. The location of the testing site will be provided after an appointment is set up.
