Description of Program and Relief
Free COVID-19 Testing Centers
The City of Fremont is offering free COVID-19 testing for individuals exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 at the Fremont Fire Tactical Training Center at 7200 Stevenson Boulevard and the Tri-City Health Center at 39500 Liberty Street.
The Fremont Fire COVID-19 Testing Center provides free drive-thru testing, and is open every day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The Tri-City Health Center offers free walk-up appointments beginning at 1 p.m. every weekday. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the Tri-City Health Center at (510) 252-6808.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
To be tested, individuals must have a fever of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and exhibit other symptoms of COVID-19 such as a cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.
No referral from a physician is required.
