Description of Program and Relief

Deferral of Certain Business License Fees

San Francisco will defer collection of the unified license bill that is charged to restaurants and food businesses, bars, convenience stores, many small retailers, hotels, and tour operators, by departments such as the Department of Public Health, Entertainment Commission, Fire Department, and Police Department. License fees otherwise due on March 31, 2020 will now be due on September 30, 2020.

March 31, 2020 – September 30, 2020.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

All businesses with unified license bills due March 31, 2020.
