Description of Program and Relief
COVID-19 Testing Center
The City of Hayward is operating its COVID-19 Testing Center in Parking Lot A off of West Loop Road on the California State University, East Bay campus. The center will provide free testing for individuals exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 and answer questions for recently exposed first responders and health care workers.
The center is open every weekday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and is available to the public regardless of one’s residence or immigration status.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions
To be tested, individuals must have a fever of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit and exhibit other symptoms of COVID-19 such as a cough or shortness of breath.
No referral from a physician is required.
