Description of Program and Relief

County of San Diego, California: Free COVID-19 Testing

The County of San Diego is offering free, appointment-only, drive-thru COVID-19 testing. Please see here for testing schedules for locations throughout San Diego County. Website visitors can schedule appointments by clicking on the name of the testing location of their choice.

In addition, the County is offering mobile testing throughout the region via various County vehicles, including Live Well Mobile Office vehicles and the County Library’s bookmobiles.

  • Until further notice, the County’s Live Well on Wheels Mobile Office will operate each Saturday at the Euclid Health Center, 292 Euclid Avenue, San Diego 92114.

For testing at any of the County-run sites, including mobile testing, individuals must make an appointment by either calling 2-1-1 or by visiting this site and clicking on the name of the testing location of their choice. People with symptoms are encouraged to contact their health care providers first. People with symptoms without a provider or health care coverage should call 2-1-1 and ask to speak with the nurse triage line.
