Description of Program and Relief

Denali KidCare

The Denali KidCare program provides Medicaid coverage for children from birth through age 18, as well as pregnant women who meet income eligibility standards. Although no specific guidance has issued with respect to COVID-19, persons adversely impacted by COVID-19 and meet general eligibility requirements should be qualified to apply.

Effective immediately.

Eligibility Requirements/Restrictions

Eligibility dependent on, among other things, age, household size, income level, and pregnancy. Persons or families at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Line may be eligible. For children, Denali KidCare is typically issued for 12 months at a time, so coverage must be renewed every 12 months.
