Description of Program and Relief
Remote Learning Resources
On March 15, 2020, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that New York City public school buildings would be closed for in-school instruction starting March 16, 2020. The date that schools will reopen for in-classroom instruction remains under review.

The New York City Department of Education.
Dates Available
New York City public school are currently instructing students through remote learning.
The New York City Department of Education is loaning students internet-enable iPads to support remote learning. All devices must be returned when in-class instruction resumes.
