Priyata Patel is a partner in Paul, Weiss’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice. Priyata has experience with disputes involving life sciences and medical device patents, and has represented clients in concurrent litigations before U.S. district courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Additionally, Priyata has extensive experience drafting appellate briefs and case dispositive motions.
