Libbie Walker is counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She focuses her practice on the formation and operation of a wide variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture and growth equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, co-investment vehicles, single investor partnerships and managed accounts. Libbie also regularly advises fund sponsors on the full range of upper-tier and management company issues, as well as regulatory issues and considerations.
