David A. Thomas is a counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Financial Services Group. His practice includes advising on a wide range of financial products including receivables origination partnerships, asset-backed securitizations and warehouses, forward flows, credit facilities and bespoke derivative and repo transactions. David has experience across various asset classes, including credit cards, mobile handsets, auto loans, residential mortgage loans and consumer loans.
