Regina Gromen is an associate in the Financial Services Group. She advises clients on transactions involving a broad range of financial products, including warehouse lending, asset-backed securities and bespoke credit facilities. Regina also has experience advising on senior secured, multi-tranche, second-lien and distressed transactions. She has represented clients in special situations, workouts, restructurings and insolvency matters, and event-driven, opportunistic financing transactions. Her experience spans several asset classes, including litigation finance, residential mortgage loans and consumer loans, and various industries, from aviation to gaming and hospitality.
