An associate in the Restructuring Department, Kyle Satterfield advises corporate debtors, distressed investors, creditor groups and private equity sponsors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvencies, out-of-court workouts and distressed acquisitions, as well as related litigation. Kyle has extensive experience across a number of industries, including retail, cryptocurrency, energy, technology, healthcare and aerospace.

In law school, Kyle served as editor in chief of the Tulane Law Review. He has published scholarship on a variety of legal issues, and his work has been cited in several prestigious journals, including the Vanderbilt Law Review, the Washington University Law Review, and the Oregon Law Review, as well as a recent opinion of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Kyle is an active member of various community organizations in New York City, as well as Pride@Work, the Paul, Weiss LGBTQ network.
