Courtney Pike is a member of the Financial Services Group. She represents alternative asset management firms and their platforms, including affiliates of Apollo Global Management, in a broad range of financing transactions. She also regularly advises U.S. and non-U.S. banking organizations, non-bank financial institutions and banking organization-affiliated asset managers on strategic initiatives, investments, corporate governance, regulatory, supervisory and enforcement matters.

Courtney was named a 2023 Pathfinder by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
