Carter Greenbaum is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex civil litigation and trial practice. Carter has substantial experience in trial strategy before judges, arbitrators and juries. He has advised clients on high-stakes matters involving securities class actions, international bankruptcy, contract disputes and employment matters. He represents leading companies in the fields of finance, private equity, oil & natural gas and technology.
