  • Twenty-six of the firms restructuring matters spotlighted in the publication's annual lists of the past year’s largest and most successful restructurings. Fifteen of these matters were included on the publication’s “Successful Restructurings of 2023 list,” including the restructurings of Avaya Holdings Corp., Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Party City Holdco Inc. and Revlon Inc., among others.
