Bankruptcy partner Elizabeth McColm will speak at this year's annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference. Elizabeth's panel, "Legal Restructuring," will discuss strategies to exit administratively insolvent Chapter 11 cases. The event, with an overall theme of "Positioning For a Maturing Credit Cycle," will take place on February 24 in New York City.
