Paul, Weiss client SL Green Realty Corp., New York City's
largest commercial property owner, announced that it has agreed to
acquire two properties located at 187 Broadway and 5-7 Dey Street,
each a mixed-use, retail and office building adjacent to the Fulton
Transit Center and a block from the World Trade Center site, in a
neighborhood that has undergone rapid growth in the office,
residential and retail segments. The transaction is expected to
close in August, subject to customary closing conditions.
