Paul, Weiss client Rose Associates announced that it has closed a $182 million loan funded by the issuance of bonds provided by the New York State Housing Finance Agency secured by a property located at 7 West 21st Street in Manhattan. Rose recently consummated a joint venture with New York-based Friedland Properties to develop a new luxury rental property with 20 percent affordable units on the site.
