In two recent articles, The New York Times has reported on several significant real estate transactions involving Paul, Weiss clients CIM Group, Gemini Real Estate Advisors, Sahara India Pariwar and The Sydell Group.
The October 4 article on the front page of the Sunday Real Estate section "Another Tower for the New York Skyline," discusses 432 Park Avenue, a residential development at 56th Street and Park Avenue that will be the city's tallest residential building at 1,397 feet, and its owner and Paul, Weiss client CIM Group. Paul, Weiss is representing CIM in connection with the development of, and debt and equity financing for, the project.
The October 9 article, "A Hotel Building Boom in New York Hotel Rooms," prominently features Gemini's Jade Hotel, which will be completed at the end of October.
