Lightstone Completes Acquisition of Multifamily Portfolio

Paul, Weiss advised real estate investment company Lightstone Group in its acquisition of a multifamily portfolio in the Detroit area from Hartman & Tyner. Paul, Weiss also advised New York City-based Lightstone Group in the financing and refinancing of both this acquisition and an existing portfolio with loans from Goldman Sachs and Citibank, and with 15 separate loans from PGIM Real Estate slated for sale to Freddie Mac.
