Attached is the latest Paul, Weiss "Private Equity Digest."  In this issue, the third of our sponsor exit series, we examine considerations of interest to sponsors engaging in M&A transactions involving publicly traded Delaware companies.

In fundraising and M&A market news, October saw a decline in US fundraising as compared to September, but a significant increase in US sponsor-backed exits.  Sponsor-related M&A activity continues to be down generally in the US and globally, except for a small increase in US sponsor-related deals by number.
