Wellspring Sells Omni to Gibson

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Partners completed the sale of its portfolio company, Omni Energy Services Corp. (Omni), to Gibson Energy Inc. for $445 million (subject to working capital adjustments). Omni, a Louisiana-based leading provider of environmental and production services to the oil and gas industry, has a strong competitive position in most major oil- and liquids-focused areas in the United States.
