Wellspring Acquires Swift Worldwide Resources

Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management announced it has acquired Swift Worldwide Resources, a supplier of skilled manpower resources to the global oil and gas industry, from Gresham Private Equity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
