Wellspring Acquires Resco Group, Inc.
On September 7, an affiliate of Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC acquired Resco Group, Inc., the parent company of Resco Products, Inc., a leading North American producer of value-added refractory solutions. The terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.
