Paul, Weiss represented Nellson Nutraceutical, LLC in its acquisition of Genysis Brand Solutions Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nellson Nutraceutical, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., is a leading North American formulator and manufacturer of branded and private label nutritional bar and functional powder products. Genysis is a Salt Lake City-based manufacturer of functional powders.
