Mosaic SPAC Completes Merger With Vivint Smart Home

Paul, Weiss advised publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Mosaic Acquisition Corp. in its previously announced merger with Vivint Smart Home, Inc., resulting in Vivint becoming a publicly traded company. The transaction marks one of the largest-ever U.S. SPAC mergers, with an enterprise value of $4.2 billion. Vivint is a leading smart home company in North America, serving 1.5 million customers throughout the United States and Canada.
