KPS to Acquire Brunswick’s Fitness Business

Paul, Weiss is representing KPS Capital Partners, LP in its $490 million acquisition, through a newly formed affiliate, of the fitness business of Brunswick Corporation, including the Life Fitness brand. Life Fitness is a global leader in commercial fitness equipment. Completion of the transaction is expected in the second quarter of 2019.
