Paul, Weiss is representing KPS Capital Partners in its $1.8 billion acquisition of Howden from Colfax Corporation. Howden is a leading global provider of mission critical air and gas handling products and services to the industrial, power, oil & gas and mining industries. Completion of the transaction is expected in the second half of 2019.
