KPS Capital Sells Crenlo to Angeles Equity Partners

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP in its sale of Crenlo Cab Products, LLC to Angeles Equity Partners, LLC. Crenlo, a unit of KPS’s International Equipment Solutions, LLC, subsidiary, is a leading independent manufacturer of operator cabs, locomotive sub-assemblies, electronic enclosures and other complex fabrications in North America and South America. Financial terms of the completed transaction were not disclosed.

Following the sale of Crenlo, KPS has now sold all business units of IES. KPS sold IES' Attachments division to Stanley Black & Decker in March 2019. KPS sold Genesis to NPK Construction Equipment in May 2019. Paul, Weiss advised KPS on all three transactions.
