KKR Acquires Marmic Fire & Safety

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by KKR on the financing aspects of their acquisition of Marmic Fire & Safety, a leading provider of regulation-mandated fire equipment inspection, testing and maintenance services, from HGGC. Marmic will be maintained as an independent company backed by KKR. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
