Paul, Weiss represented leading sales and marketing agency Impact Group, a portfolio company of CI Capital, in its acquisition of three independent food brokerage companies in Minnesota and Wisconsin: Impact Sales & Associates, Ritt-Beyer & Weir (RBW), and WJ Pence. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
