General Atlantic Leads Series E Funding Round for Riskified

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in leading a $165 million Series E funding round for Riskified, a payments and fraud-prevention solutions provider, giving the company a valuation of more than $1 billion. The proceeds will be primarily used to more rapidly scale Riskified’s business domestically and internationally and to expand its product footprint.
