General Atlantic Completes Investment in Red Ventures
On July 31, Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic LLC completed its investment in Red Ventures, LLC, an online marketing company focused on technology innovation, marketing channel development, and sales operations and conversion. Anton Levy, a managing director of General Atlantic and head of the firm's global Media & Consumer sector, will join Red Ventures' board of directors as part of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
