General Atlantic Acquires Minority Stake in Studio Moderna Holdings

On May 10, Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic purchased a substantial minority interest in Studio Moderna Holdings B.V. The Studio Moderna group owns and operates direct-to-consumer marketing and multichannel retailing operations reaching more than 400 million customers across 21 countries throughout central and eastern Europe.
