General Atlantic Acquires 20 Percent of Russian Antivirus Software Maker
As reported yesterday, Paul, Weiss client General Atlantic acquired 20 percent of Russian antivirus software maker Kaspersky Lab. The Moscow-based company, which is valued at about one billion dollars by the private equity investment, aims to expand by acquiring smaller Internet security companies.
