Paul, Weiss advised FalconPoint Partners in its inaugural investment in JENNMAR, a leading global provider of mission-critical products and specialized services to the civil infrastructure, solar, mining and construction industries. Under the terms of the transaction, FalconPoint invested and committed in excess of $250 million of equity to support the company’s expansion and global growth.
