Paul, Weiss client Elliott Management Corporation announced that it has offered to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Riverbed Technology, Inc. for a price of $19.00 per share in cash. Elliott affiliates collectively own or have economic exposure to approximately 10.5 percent of the common stock and equivalents of Riverbed.
