CI Capital Partners Sells Material Handling Services

Paul, Weiss represented CI Capital Partners in the sale of one of its portfolio companies, Material Handling Services (MHS), a leading national provider of mission-critical material handling equipment and facility services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Since CI made its initial investment in 2012, MHS has significantly increased its revenue and national footprint through the completion of nearly two dozen add-on acquisitions and numerous internal growth initiatives. Paul, Weiss was a key part of CI’s buy and build strategy as we represented them in each of these acquisitions and the related financing and management transactions.
