Paul, Weiss advised Sun Country Airlines, Inc. and an affiliate of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in a secondary public offering of 4,000,000 shares of Sun Country’s common stock. Sun Country Airlines is a leading low-cost passenger and cargo air carrier that operates synergistic scheduled service, charter and cargo businesses. Barclays and Morgan Stanley acted as joint lead bookrunners and underwriters for the offering.
As part of the offering, Sun Country repurchased 312,500 shares of its common stock from the underwriters as part of its existing stock repurchase program.
