Paul, Weiss was honored by the International Financial Law Review’s 2023 IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards with “Private Equity Deal of the Year” for the firm’s role advising Baring Private Equity Asia in its sale to EQT.
The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards recognize legal innovation in cross-border transactions that closed during the past year. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in Singapore on March 22.
