In "European Deal Round-up: Freshfields, Paul, Weiss Lead on Multi-Billion-Euro Deal," published on June 28, Angelo commented on factors driving increased M&A activity. "It seems like the market is opening up," Angelo says. "The debt market is open and there is a lot of dry powder to spend."
