Thom Browne Secures New Majority Investor

As reported in Women's Wear Daily and other media outlets, Sandbridge Capital has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Thom Browne, Inc., a menswear and womenswear brand, from Stripe International, which has held its interest in the company since 2009. Paul, Weiss represented the eponymous head designer and equity holder, Thom Browne, in the transaction. Among his many accolades, Thom was named "Menswear Designer of the Year" in 2013 and 2006 by the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
