Paul, Weiss advised SSP Offshore LLC (Soros), an affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC, in its investment in Helios Towers Africa, Ltd., a newly formed Mauritius corporation. Helios Towers Africa will build and maintain a network of towers and lease space to wireless telecoms in Africa (other than Nigeria). Co-investors include affiliates of Soros, Albright Capital Management, RIT Capital Partners plc and Lord Rothschild's family interests.
